Ball Valve Stem Machining Production Update
Recently, we received several new requirements for Ball Valve Stem machining from customers in different industries.
During the review of these projects, we noticed that customers usually have different requirements for the same type of valve component. Some customers focus on material selection, while others pay more attention to machining tolerance and assembly conditions.
The production of a Ball Valve Stem starts from checking the customer drawing. Before machining, our engineers review the important dimensions, including the stem size, connection section, thread details, and sealing position. If any information needs confirmation, we communicate with customers before moving to the next step.
In the machining process, the stem surface condition and dimensional accuracy are checked carefully. The reason is that the valve stem needs to work together with other parts inside the valve. A proper fit between the stem, ball, and actuator can help avoid problems during assembly.
Different working conditions require different material choices. For example, stainless steel materials are commonly used for corrosion-resistant applications, while other alloy materials may be selected for special environments. Our production team follows the customer’s technical requirements when arranging material preparation and machining.
