Product Application

The coupling is a key component that connects the actuator and the valve shaft end, and is used to effectively transfer torque from the driving device to the valve. One end of the product in the picture has a square hole structure and is compatible with standard square rods. The other end can be cylindrical, with a stop mouth, or with a positioning groove structure depending on different designs, to meet the requirements of different forms of locking installation.

Processing and Structure

• Material: Generally, 304, 316 stainless steel or 45# steel is used for quenching and tempering treatment

• Processing technology: Integral turning + square hole milling + chamfering treatment

• The roughness of the mating surfaces is controlled within Ra1.6

• The edges and corners of the square holes are processed clearly, and there is no jamming when inserted

• Limit slots or positioning holes can be processed according to the drawings
