Valve Couplings (AISI 1045 Steel)

This coupling is used to connect the actuator to the valve stem and is typically used in the drive section of ball and butterfly valves. The parts are solid machined, made of AISI 1045 steel with galvanized surface, suitable for regular industrial field use. The machining method is CNC turning and milling, the structure is cylindrical, both ends can be machined into square holes, keyways or taper holes, customized according to the size or interface standard provided by the customer.

Usually positioned by screws or pins to ensure no loosening or slipping during the working process. Suitable for applications with high and medium frequency opening and closing and high torque requirements.

Commonly, the actuator or stem is keyed, pinned or set screwed. Countersunk holes on the side can be machined if needed.
