The two-stage pneumatic ball valve is mainly used for automatic control in loading and unloading systems, and is suitable for application scenarios where there are clear requirements for the opening and closing process and safety status. Through the two-stage action logic, the valve realizes staged opening and closing control, which helps to improve the safety and controllability of the loading and unloading operation process.
The valve actuator can use a three-position pneumatic actuator or be controlled by a split control electrical accessory. During operation, the valve can complete the initial opening and full opening in the set sequence, or close in the opposite sequence, which is used to reduce the instantaneous impact of the medium and reduce the load on pipelines and related equipment, suitable for liquid or gas loading and unloading scenarios.
The valve's fault state is generally set as closed. In case of abnormal air supply or control signal, the valve can automatically close to prevent medium leakage and meet the safety requirements during loading and unloading operations. The valve supports local operation and remote control, and can be configured with travel switches, interlock signals, and communication modules, making it easy to connect to DCS or PLC systems for status monitoring and centralized management.
