Stainless steel or carbon steel structure (surface can be plastic sprayed or sandblasted).

This product is a support structure for valve actuator installation, mainly used for connecting the valve top cover with the driving device (electric head/pneumatic head). Through the upper and lower flange connection to realize the positioning and force transmission, support structure to ensure the installation of coaxial and strength requirements. It is suitable for standardized or customized automatic valve systems.

Structure and material

- Material: carbon steel (commonly used Q235B, can also choose Q345), Stainless steel 316 304 etc. Can be customized according to customer requirements.

- Structure: Steel plate cutting and welding, reinforced with ribbed plate, good structural rigidity.

- Center hole and stop: used for axial positioning and matching.

- Surface treatment: overall plastic spraying, conventional gray, anti-corrosion performance is better than paint.

- Center hole diameter: Ø60 ~ Ø110 mm

- Mounting hole diameter: Ø10 ~ Ø18 mm

- Hole spacing arrangement: compatible with ISO 5211 standard or customer drawings.

- Suitable for normal to medium temperature environment (≤120°C)

- Indoor/outdoor control valve actuator mounting structure

- Suitable for electric ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, etc.

Installation recommendations & Customized support

Installation recommendations

- The bolts should be tightened uniformly at an angle to prevent bias loading.

- The contact surfaces should be free of oil and iron filings to ensure the accuracy of the fit.

- It is recommended to cooperate with the flange gasket labeled in the flexible drawing for sealing (if any).

Customized support

- Non-standard bracket can be processed according to the size or drawings provided by the customer

- Provide plastic spraying color adjustment, thickening type, weld seam strengthening and other structural optimization

- Supporting the supply of positioning rings, coupling blocks and other mounting parts
