Yining Launches “All-in-One Actuation Mounting Pack

Sichuan Yining Machinery introduced a project-ready mounting pack that bundles torque-path parts and interfaces for faster assembly and commissioning on chemical, energy, and water projects.

The pack offers 17-4PH valve stem and stainless valve stem options to balance torque and corrosion needs. Critical features and threads are controlled under dedicated fixtures during valve stem machining to ensure straightness and repeatable runout. On the pressure boundary, customers can choose a forged bonnet for rugged service or a pressure seal bonnet for high-pressure/high-temperature lines.

For actuator fit-up, brackets follow the ISO 5211 bracket footprint system and can be supplied as a complete actuator mounting bracket set with keys and fasteners. Piping interfaces use standard faces per ANSI B16.5 flange, with RF or RTJ flange finishes available. Fixed-ball assemblies are supported with a dimension-controlled trunnion lower stem, while emissions control can be addressed with a valve packing gland validated against ISO 15848 packing gland targets when specified.

“The value is in the time you don’t spend hunting for parts,” a Yining project manager noted. “You receive a matched kit, bolt it up, and move straight to cold- and hot-testing.”
