Yiling Machinery Resumes Production Today
After the Spring Festival holiday, Sichuan Yiling Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. resumed production today. All valve parts processing centers, inspection stations and assembly lines have returned to normal operation.
This means that the in-process orders and new inquiry projects of our customers in the United States, Germany, New Zealand, India and the Middle East can all proceed smoothly. The sales and engineering teams have already started to review the drawings, confirm the materials and update the delivery plans to ensure that the customers' projects can enter the production stage as soon as possible.

Our main products include precision valve parts such as forged and cast valve bodies, valve covers, valve stems, valve seats, valve balls, couplings, etc. We can also produce finished valves such as ball valves, triple eccentric butterfly valves, and gate valves according to drawings or project requirements.
All production is strictly carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Relevant valve products can be provided with CE certification. For export projects, we continuously provide quality documents such as EN 10204 3.1 material reports, PMI testing, UT/PT/MT non-destructive testing reports, and NACE standard documents. These are all standard procedures that our factory has long adhered to.
Before resuming work, the engineering team had completed comprehensive maintenance on the CNC machine tools, heat treatment equipment and inspection tools to ensure the stability of processing accuracy and surface quality. For precision valve parts, we still control key tolerances such as ±0.02 mm as required and retain complete inspection records.
We are well aware that in the oil and gas, chemical, mining and energy industries, the stability of valve spare parts supply is of vital importance. Even a delay in small parts such as valve stems or seats can affect the operation of the entire system. Therefore, the top priority after resuming work is to confirm all pending orders and promptly update customers on the progress.
