Tighter Dimensional Control for Valve Parts
We’ve tightened in-process and final QC for valve body, bonnet/cover, ISO 5211 bracket, coupling, and trunnion lower stem to cut rework and speed fit-up.
What’s new
-
F2F: production target ±0.15 mm (meets drawing); light skim cut after semi-finish.
-
PCD/BCD & hole position: CNC pattern drilling + periodic CMM; typical position ≤0.05 mm on coupons.
-
Bore ⟂ to face: ≤0.05/100 mm using on-machine probing.
-
Sealing faces: Ra 1.6–3.2 µm unless otherwise specified.
-
Threads: GO/NO-GO per spec; roots deburred, edges chamfered.
Docs & traceability
-
Inspection sheet in mm (inch on request).
-
EN 10204 3.1 MTC linked to heat No.; optional FAI/PPAP L2.
Drawing tips
Define datum scheme for F2F/spot face depth (e.g., 0.4 mm), PCD tolerance & qty/Ø, keyway width/depth on couplings, edge chamfers near valve seats, and any coating/passivation.
Lead time (reference)
Prototypes 10–15 days after drawing sign-off; batches per complexity/fixture readiness.
Call to action
Tell us your PO and critical features; we’ll align the inspection sheet to your valve application and ship the first batch with FAI if needed.
