Oct–Dec 2025 Capacity and Delivery Window

2025-09-28

To meet orders scheduled for Oct–Dec 2025, we have adjusted machining shifts and coordinated upstream casting/forging slots. Priority is on components where geometry drives sealing performance: CF8M cast valve bodies, A105 forged valve bodies, 316L/PEEK valve seats, and 17-4PH valve stems. Roughing and finishing are consolidated where possible so critical datum faces are completed in a single setup, improving runout and parallelism. On castings, gating/feeding reviews have reduced blend-outs and improved dimensional consistency. On forgings, stock allowances were revised to bring final wall thickness and bore alignment closer to the design intent of ASME B16.34.

Reference lead-time ranges (subject to drawing complexity and quantity):

CF8M valve body: 4–6 weeks

A105 valve body: 3–5 weeks

316L / PEEK valve seat: 2–4 weeks

17-4PH valve stem: 2–3 weeks

Documentation: EN 10204 3.1 is standard; 3.2 witnessing can be scheduled in advance. When the component is assembled to a valve, hydro/air tests follow API 598. Packaging/logistics: bag-and-tag by heat/lot and PO line; sealing faces are protected and crate orientation is marked. Standard terms are FCA/FOB; DAP/DDU can be arranged as needed.

For predictable delivery, please include the following with your RFQ: material grade, pressure class, heat-treat condition, critical dimensions and tolerances, required surface roughness on sealing faces, and the inspection list. We will lock capacity and reply with a firm delivery window and pricing based on this information.
