CE Compliance Update – Yining Machinery
Yining Machinery has recently completed the CE compliance review for selected industrial valve components.
The review covered product safety requirements, manufacturing control, and related technical documentation. Based on the evaluation results, the reviewed products meet the applicable CE requirements for supply to the European market.
This work was carried out based on current production conditions and existing manufacturing processes.
Scope of Products
The CE review applies to industrial valve components manufactured by Yining Machinery, including but not limited to:

Valve bodies

Valve bonnets

Valve stems
-
Valve seats

Valve balls
-
Couplings and related structural parts
These components are commonly used in industrial valve assemblies and require stable structure and controlled manufacturing quality.
Manufacturing and Process Control
During the review, the focus was not limited to finished samples.
The certification body reviewed whether the same products can be produced repeatedly under controlled conditions. This included:

Raw material sourcing and incoming inspection

Machining process control

Dimensional inspection of key features

Production and inspection records
All reviewed processes reflect Yining Machinery’s normal production practice and were not established only for certification purposes.
Technical Documentation
Technical files were reviewed as part of the CE compliance process. These files include drawings, process descriptions, inspection records, and traceability information.
Before submission, internal documentation was checked and aligned with actual production conditions to ensure consistency between records and manufacturing practice.
This step was also used to improve internal document clarity.
For European Customers
For customers supplying products to the EU market, CE compliance is often required during supplier qualification or project review.
The completion of this CE review provides a reference for product conformity and may support customer internal approval processes.
Ongoing Compliance
CE compliance is treated as an ongoing requirement rather than a one-time result.
Yining Machinery will continue to follow the same production control and inspection procedures and will update technical documentation when product designs or processes change.
