High-speed Pneumatic Ball Valve
-
Design & Production
The high-speed pneumatic ball valve is mainly used in process scenarios where there are strict requirements for the opening and closing speed. It is suitable for use in pipeline systems that require rapid cutting or quick response, and is commonly found in chemical reaction processes involving special media. During the design phase, the focus is on the action speed, operational stability, and system safety, and it is applicable to control systems with a high degree of automation.
The valve is equipped with a high-speed pneumatic actuator, which has a buffer device inside. This enables rapid opening and closing while effectively reducing the impact at the terminal position of the valve, reducing the mechanical load on the valve body, valve stem, and sealing components, and helping to improve overall operational stability and extend service life. Even under rapid action conditions, the valve opening and closing process remains smooth, avoiding significant impact on the pipeline system.
The actuator failure position can be selected according to process and safety requirements, and can be configured as fault open, fault close, or fault hold position. The valve supports local operation and remote control, and can be configured with positioners, limit switches, solenoid valves, and communication modules as needed, facilitating connection to DCS or PLC control systems for centralized control and status monitoring.
The action time of the valve can be set according to actual working conditions, meeting the requirements of completing opening and closing within extremely short periods of time, or achieving a relatively smooth rapid action process through adjustment, making it suitable for use as a process valve in special medium chemical reaction devices.
