This forged steel bracket is designed to serve as a structural interface between a valve and its actuator. The component features two CNC machined flanges with bolt patterns that can conform to ISO 5211 or customer-specified layouts. The body section is precision bored to support direct mounting over valve stems or drive shafts.

It is typically used in automated valve systems, including ball valves and butterfly valves, where stable alignment and mechanical strength are essential. This is a commonly used valve bracket in water treatment, process industries, and OEM actuator mounting setups.

- Material: Forged carbon steel (standard). Optional stainless steel (304, 316) or duplex stainless steel (2205) available for corrosion-critical environments.

- Structure: Integral forged body with two mounting flanges. Drilled holes for bolted connection.

- Processing: Fully CNC machined, smooth bore finish, deburred edges.

- Surface Finish: Anti-rust oil by default. Zinc plating or coating available upon request.
