The assembly is made of high quality forged steel body and forged steel bonnet, precisely machined and aligned for high-pressure ball valve applications. The flanged interfaces, bolt holes, and sealing surfaces are matched to ensure reliable installation and sealing performance. This assembly is suitable for floating or trunnion-mounted ball valves in oil, gas, chemical, and steam systems.

- Material: A105 forged carbon steel

- Structure: Flanged connection between body and bonnet, aligned bolt patterns

- Machining: Forged body + CNC precision turning + seal groove processing

- Surface: Rust-preventive oil, optional coating or galvanizing

- Sealing Design: Supports O-ring or metal seat sealing

- Special austenitic stainless steels such as 316 304 stainless steel, 304L / 316Ti and 2205 duplex can be used, or customized according to customer requirements.
