Forged Steel Valve Body for Ball Valves

This valve body is manufactured from forged carbon steel and serves as a key component in industrial ball valve assemblies. It’s designed to withstand demanding operating conditions such as high pressure, frequent cycling, and fluctuating temperatures. The part is fully machined to tight tolerances, ensuring reliable sealing surfaces, correct bore alignment, and consistent flange geometry. If required, the body can also be made from stainless steel (304, 316, or 316L) for use in corrosive or clean-service environments.

Design and Machining

The body features flanged ends with regularly spaced threaded bolt holes. Internal surfaces are precision-turned to ensure proper fit with the ball and seat. A groove or shoulder can be added at the flange face if needed, depending on the type of gasket or sealing method used. Drainage or auxiliary ports may also be machined as required. Every unit is processed using CNC equipment to guarantee repeatability and dimensional accuracy.
