Product Description
This forged steel soft seated ball valve is designed for medium to high pressure service where tight shut-off is required. The valve adopts a forged steel body construction to ensure sufficient mechanical strength and structural stability. The ball is supported by upper and lower trunnions, maintaining a fixed position during operation and preventing displacement caused by line pressure. Operating torque remains stable, and consistent sealing performance is achieved.
The valve body, end closures, and primary pressure-retaining components are manufactured from high-quality forged steel. All parts are heat treated and precision machined to specified tolerances. Compared with cast steel valves, forged construction provides a denser material structure and improved reliability under high pressure or fluctuating operating conditions. Flanged ends comply with commonly used international standards, allowing direct installation into existing piping systems.

Design and Performance
The trunnion mounted ball design reduces operating torque and is suitable for large diameter or higher pressure applications. Soft seated valve seats provide reliable sealing and low leakage performance, making the valve suitable for services where tight shut-off is required. Nominal sizes range from DN50 to DN600 (2” to 24”), with pressure ratings available from Class 150 to Class 2500. Body materials include A105, LF2, F11, F22, and optional stainless steel grades. End connections are flanged in accordance with ASME or EN standards. Operation can be manual with a gearbox, or automated using pneumatic or electric actuators. The allowable temperature range depends on the selected body material and soft seat material.

Inspection and Customization
