Forged steel hard seal ball valve
-
Product Description
This product is a forged steel hard-sealed ball valve, mainly used in industrial pipeline systems with high pressure, high temperature and harsh working conditions. The valve body and main pressure-bearing parts are made of forged steel, which is dense in material and stable in strength, suitable for long-term operation under working conditions.
The valve ball and valve seat adopt a metal-to-metal sealing form, which can be used in high-temperature media, media containing particles, or conditions with wear risks. Under the above conditions, compared with soft sealing structures, the sealing reliability is more stable.
The valve adopts a 90° rotary opening and closing structure. Depending on the diameter and pressure rating, it can be equipped with either a floating ball or a fixed ball structure. The fixed ball structure is supported by upper and lower bearings to bear the medium pressure, which can reduce the force on the valve stem and is suitable for higher pressure ratings or larger diameters.
The sealing surface can be subject to surfacing welding or surface hardening treatment according to the actual medium conditions to enhance wear resistance and service life.
The material of the valve, connection form and operation mode can be configured according to the actual working conditions or the requirements of the drawings.
