Forged Ball Valve Body

The valve body is made of high quality forged steel and machined as an integrated ball valve housing. The internal bore is round and smooth, suitable for ball movement and sealing. Standard flanged ends with precise bolt hole layout allow reliable connection with mating parts such as seats, covers, and the ball itself. Commonly used in oil, gas, and chemical flow control systems.

      - Material: ASTM A105 forged carbon steel
      - Process: Integral forging + CNC precision machining
      - Connection Type: Dual flanged ends with RF sealing face
      - Surface Finish: Anti-rust oil, optional coating or galvanizing
      - Machining: Inner bore, ball chamber, sealing grooves, bolt holes
      - Special austenitic stainless steels such as 316 304 stainless steel, 304L / 316Ti and 2205 duplex can be used, or customized according to customer requirements.

      - Flange Standard: ASME B16.5
      - Pressure Rating: Supports Class 150 to 1500 depending on thickness
      - Ball Chamber Size: Custom or per drawing
