Flanged Three Way Ball Valve

The three way ball valve shown is designed for industrial pipeline systems where fluid flow needs to be diverted, mixed, or redirected between different lines. Compared with a standard two-way ball valve, the three-port structure allows one valve to manage multiple flow paths, helping simplify the piping layout and reduce the number of valves required in the system.

The valve adopts a flanged connection design, making installation convenient in industrial pipeline systems. The valve body is manufactured with a thick-wall structure and reinforced design to provide sufficient strength under pressure conditions.

This model is equipped with a manual gear operator and handwheel. For medium and large valve sizes, the gear transmission mechanism significantly reduces operating torque and allows smoother and more controlled valve operation.

The internal ball can be manufactured with either an L-port or T-port configuration depending on the application requirement. Different ball structures allow the valve to divert flow from one inlet to multiple outlets or combine flows from different pipelines.

All sealing surfaces are precision machined to ensure proper contact between the ball and the seats. When the valve is fully closed, the sealing structure helps maintain reliable shut-off performance and minimize leakage.

Body materials are usually selected according to the working conditions, commonly including carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel. These materials provide good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for long-term industrial service.
