Fixed Ball Valve Lower Stem — Forged 304 Stainless Steel, Shop-Made for Tough Use

This is a lower shaft for fixed-type ball valves. We make it from forged 304 stainless steel and machine it in-house to customer spec. It’s not a casting. It starts from solid forged bar, giving the part better strength and durability, especially if the valve is used frequently or in large tanks.

The shaft has a step for alignment and a flanged base with bolt holes — all dimensions can be adjusted based on your drawings. Most clients use this kind of part in flush tanks, cold water storage units, or as part of OEM ball valve builds. Some also buy it as a drop-in replacement when older shafts wear out or seize up.

We don’t over-finish the surface — just a clean, smooth turn so it fits tightly with the mating ball and packing. It’s functional, precise, and made to last.
