Coupling with Keyway (Galvanized)

This coupling is used to connect the valve actuator to the valve stem and is a solid structural component. The material is medium carbon steel (AISI 1045) with zinc plating. Both ends are machined with flat keyways for torque transmission, often used with standard keyed shafts.

The two sides of the outer circle are equipped with machining grooves for easy clamping and fixing. Size and structure can be customized according to drawing requirements, processing is completed by CNC equipment, good dimensional consistency. Suitable for frequent opening and closing or positioning requirements.

      - Surface treatment: electro-galvanized, zinc layer thickness of about 8~12μm.
      - Structure: solid cylinder, flat keyway at both ends

      - Machining accuracy: controlled according to drawings, conventional fit for H7/h6
