10-Inch Carbon Steel Valve Body (Welded + Machined Valve Housing)

This 10-inch carbon steel valve body is built from welded steel sections and then machined as a complete valve housing. The flanges are machined after welding so the sealing faces stay flat and the bolt circle stays accurate. The side block, welded to the main valve body, is bored in the same setup to keep the hole centered and aligned. This type of valve body is commonly used in large industrial valve assemblies or custom flow equipment that requires a rigid carbon steel structure.

The product shows normal machining marks on the flanges, and the welds remain as-welded except for the machined areas. All dimensions follow the customer drawing for this custom carbon steel valve body. No coating is applied unless required for the application.
